Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 medium apple diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together oats, both flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and applesauce. Stir in mashed bananas.
- Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir together. Carefully mix in blueberries and apples.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
