During the hustle and bustle of life, it is important to remember that it really is the little things in life that make it all worth while.
It's the little things: My mini-me. She is everything I could have ever dreamed that she would be. Being her Mom is more satisfying that I could have ever imagined (despite what my crazy pregnant hormones sometimes tell me!).
***
It's the little things: "Momma, take my picture. I am sassy!". Having fun at her toddler play time.
***
It's the little things: My homemade salsa. Yum. I make the best salsa in town in my ever so humble opinion.
***
It's the little things: Walks around the neighborhood while she rides her bike by herself. I know I say it a lot but when did she get so old?!
***
It's the little things: Unisom. I can't sleep without you anymore. You help me fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up without a pill hangover. Thank you for being pregnancy safe and saving me from pregnancy insomnia. I will be forever grateful.
***
It's the little things: Valentine's Day donuts with my sweet girl while buying her B cologne. Having her tell every sales associate, "My Dadda is really picky"? Priceless.
What "little things" are you thankful for this week?
